We specialize in custom injection mold design and manufacturing, ranging from small precision components to large industrial molds. Our capabilities include single-cavity, multi-cavity, hot runner, and two-shot molds. During the design phase, our engineers perform a Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis to ensure durability, consistent molding performance, and production efficiency.

We typically deliver prototypes within 7–10 days, depending on complexity. Fast-turn options are available for urgent projects.

Our facility is equipped with high-precision injection molding machines (50T–1000T) capable of processing a wide range of materials such as ABS, PC, PA, POM, PP, PE, and TPE. We support both low-volume prototyping and mass production, with optional surface finishing services including painting, plating, silk-screen printing, and assembly, offering a one-stop solution from mold to finished product.
